Amphonix 2 is Sonicake’s latest smart plug-in guitar effects unit. Designed with a sleek, compact form factor that balances portability and real-world usability, it delivers intuitive control, flexible connectivity, powerful features, and clear, high-quality tone. It is an ideal companion for home practice, songwriting, and creative performance.
The unit supports Bluetooth audio playback for backing tracks and offers a wide selection of high-quality built-in guitar effects. With the companion mobile app, users can dive into detailed parameter editing and tone shaping. Amphonix 2 also functions as a USB audio interface and supports mobile OTG recording, enabling direct recording to a smartphone.
Quick-access preset buttons and a built-in rechargeable lithium battery make Amphonix 2 equally at home in the practice room, outdoors, or anywhere inspiration strikes.
Controls and Connections:
1. 1/4” (6.35 mm) TS Mono Input
Connect your instrument here.
2. Power / Bluetooth Button
Press and hold to power the unit on or off.
When powered on, short-press to turn the Bluetooth function on or off.
RGB Light Indicators:
• Blue blinking: Not connected
• Solid blue: Connected
• Pink: Muted
• Red blinking intermittently: Low battery
3. Master Volume
Press “+” or “−” to adjust the master volume.
Press “+” and “−” simultaneously to mute.
4. Preset Selection
Press A, B, or C to switch between local preset banks.
Each button contains three presets, indicated by Red, Green, and Blue LEDs.
This provides a total of nine local presets.
5. USB Type-C Port
Connect to a mobile device or computer for recording and firmware updates.
6. 1/8” (3.5 mm) TRS Stereo Output
Connect headphones, amplifiers, pedals, or other audio devices.
